Existing A&L mortgage customers moving home now have access to an exclusive range of competitive Abbey mortgage products.

Essentially, customers have two main options, to port their existing deal or choose a new one. For customers with less than 6 months remaining from application until the product expiry date we will waive 100% of the ERC as long as they borrow at least the same amount as their existing mortgage balance.
