We will keep you updated on the progress of your pipeline mortgage applications:

• on MATS up to the point the application has been accepted by us (subject to valuation)
• or the Introducer Internet tracking system, following agreement of your case.

How to supply us with case information

You are able to submit supporting case information to us in a number of ways. We offer you the facility to upload scanned documents, saving you the effort of faxing information wherever possible. For a screenshot of this new facility please click here.
