Changes to our mortgage range

On Thursday 8th July we are reducing the rate by 0.19% on our 5 year Fixed rate Homebuyer product, 75% LTV with a £799 fee to 5.25%.

We are also amending the rates on a number of our 70% and 75% LTV 2 and 3 year Tracker products including the following:

  • 70% LTV 2 year Tracker Core product, 2.59% with a £995 fee
  • 70% LTV 2 year Tracker Remortgage product, 2.95% with a £495 fee
  • 70% LTV 2 year Tracker Homebuyer product, 2.85% with a £495 fee
  • 70% LTV 2 year Tracker Remortgage product, 2.75% with a £1495 fee
  • 70% LTV 2 year Tracker Homebuyer product, 2.65% with a £1495 fee
