New products launched

On Friday 23rd July 2010 we are launching a number of new products as follows:

• 2 year Fixed rate Homebuyer and Remortgage products, 75% LTV, 4.25% with no booking fee and maximum £550k loan size
• 3 year Tracker rate, Homebuyer and Remortgage products, 75% LTV, 3.19% with a £299 booking fee and maximum £550k loan size

At the same time we are withdrawing our “Grand Prix Podium Special” 3.21% with no booking fee.  Please remember: by midnight Thursday 20th July 2010 full applications must be submitted on this product in order to secure a booking.
