New products launched

We value the relationships we have with you and our customers and to recognise this we’re launching a range of special products specifically designed to reward our existing mortgage customers moving home.
To benefit from these competitive products, the customer must have an existing Abbey mortgage account number, be selling their existing property and buying a new residential property in the UK:
- 75% LTV 2 year Tracker rate Homebuyer product, 2.99% (BBR + 2.49%) and no booking fee
- 75% LTV 2 year Fixed rate Homebuyer product, 4.24% and no booking fee
Please note, when completing the application within Introducer Internet:
- At AIP, you must ensure they answer the question “Do you have a mortgage now?” by clicking “Yes, with Santander (excl A&L)” to be able to select these products.
- You must enter the existing Abbey mortgage account number in the “Present Housing” tab
