Changes to our mortgage range

On Thursday 10th June 2010 we are launching a new 2 year Fixed rate Core product, 90% LTV, 6.75% with a £495 fee.

We have also reduced the rate on our 75% LTV 3 year Fixed rate Homebuyer and Remortgage products to 4.25%.

We are withdrawing the following product:

    • 2 year Fixed rate Homebuyer product, 90% LTV, 6.75% with a £495 fee, N035H

From midnight Wednesday 9th June 2010 full applications must be submitted on all WITHDRAWN products in order to secure a booking on these products.
